The DPS system

/01

Train

Coached HYROX and FIT classes on a floor with every race station — not a machine circuit with a playlist.

/02

Measure

Trajekt, Rapsodo, Stalker, VertiMax. Every swing, sprint and session produces data you can act on.

/03

Compete

A 12-week block that ends on a start line six miles away — or a tryout, a season, a PR. Pick your finish line.

The equipment

Tech most gyms in Dallas don't have

Not a logo wall. Here's what each piece actually does for you.

Trajekt

Replicates any real pitcher's release, spin and break. Face next week's starter, today.

Rapsodo

Exit velo, launch angle and spin on every swing. Data, not opinions.

Sports Attack

Pro-grade machines across every cage, adjustable to any level.

Stalker Radar

Velocity tracking for pitchers, session by session.

FungoMan

Programmable defensive reps — the same ball to the same spot, every time.

VertiMax

Resisted acceleration and jump training for explosive athletes.

Woodway

Curved self-powered treadmills — the running tool HYROX athletes want.

Matrix

Full commercial strength and cardio floor.

TKO

Free weights, racks and functional strength gear.

Full HYROX rig

SkiErg, sleds, rowers, sandbags and wall-ball targets at regulation height.
